Biolab (WA) was established in 1992
by Lewis and Evelyn Green

Evelyn graduated from Curtin University in Western Australia with Distinction in 1989, and completed her Post Graduate studies in 1995.  Evelyn was in private practice for more than 20 years. Evelyn passed away in early 2014 after a courageous fight against cancer.

Lewis began making orthoses for Evelyn early in 1992. The philosophy was to manufacture high quality prescription orthoses, and provide a consistent and reliable service.  Within 6 months, Lewis had many more Podiatrists enquiring about using him as their orthotic supplier.  Max De Boni (Evelyn's brother) was employed late in 1992, and has been with the company ever since.

Over time, Biolab has established itself as a manufacturer of high quality prescription podiatric orthoses. The company is built on a philosophy of accurate, reliable and innovative principles. Biolab now employs more than 20 staff, and services over 200 Podiatrists across Australia.

In 2003, Biolab embraced the designing of orthoses and corrected moulds with the aid of 3D CAD CAM (Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Manufacture) technology. In conjunction with a lab in New Zealand and technicians in California, we have continued to develop our computer aided designing methods, as well as now being able to provide practitioners with "In Practice 3D Non Weight Bearing Foot Scanners".

Biolab is also now offering practitioners the option of AOMSTOT IPad scanning.

Please contact the lab if you wish to know more about this exciting and innovative scanning technique.
